Stone chip spreader

The KZ-SXS310A type suspended stone chip spreader is mainly used for the spreading of aggregates such as stone powder, stone chips, coarse sand, crushed stone and asphalt crushed stone in the construction of surface treatment methods and pouring methods such as the primer layer, lower seal layer, stone chip seal layer and micro-surfacing of asphalt pavement. It is a small mechanical device integrating mechanics, electricity and hydraulics that can be installed at the back of various dump trucks. After the operation is completed, disassemble the machine to quickly restore the original function of the dump truck. This equipment is equipped with a small power supply, featuring a compact structure, easy operation, convenient installation and simple use.

The KZ-SXS310A stone chip spuser has a maximum spreading width of 3100mm and a minimum of 150mm. It is equipped with multiple electrically controlled pneumatic arc-shaped gates that can be opened and closed at will according to construction requirements to adjust the width and position of the stone chip spreading. The height of the gate limit rod is controlled by a lead screw nut to limit the maximum opening of each arc-shaped gate, thereby adjusting the thickness of the stone chip scattering layer. It features uniform spreading, convenient hanging and loading/unloading, and simple and reliable control and operation.
