2. Product Warranty Regulations
1. Warranty period
(1) The normal warranty period is one year from the date of delivery.
(2) The supporting parts used in the product are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty regulations.
(3) If the warranty period signed in the contract is different from the above, the terms of the contract shall prevail.
2. Warranty scope
During the warranty period, the following problems are within the scope of the warranty, and our company will be responsible for free repairs for you
(1) The supporting parts used in the product are guaranteed according to the scope stipulated by the supporting supplier.
(2) Failure caused during transportation (except that you are responsible for transportation).
During the warranty period, the following problems are not covered by the warranty, and you will bear the corresponding repair costs:
(1) The original parts of our company are not used;
(2) Faults caused by improper use, failure to perform maintenance or operation in accordance with regulations (that is, failure to perform operation and maintenance operations in accordance with the requirements of the "Instruction Manual");
(3) Exceeding the scope of use;
(4) Non-working damage after arriving at the delivery location as per your requirements.
3. Warranty and maintenance
(1) You should notify our company in time when the failure occurs, and the company will set out to serve you within 3 hours after receiving the notification;
(2) If the parts are replaced, the old parts should be returned to our company;
(3) The user retains the original state of the fault assembly or parts for on-site identification. On the basis of the failure inspection, determine the failure responsibility: for failures caused by product quality problems, the cost shall be borne by our company; for failures not caused by product quality problems, all maintenance-related costs will be borne by you (the cost includes There are: spare parts fee, transportation fee, travel expenses and working hours). In the event of a failure, the company will bear the repair costs within the scope of the warranty, and will not bear the indirect costs outside the scope of the warranty.
4. Service items
In order to allow you to use MTO products better, our company will provide you with the following services:

3. Installation and commissioning
The specific content of the installation and commissioning plan is as follows
1. Installation and commissioning of sold products is a basic content of after-sales service, a continuation of marketing work, a key step to ensure the normal operation of equipment, and a manifestation of high responsibility to you.
2. During installation and commissioning, we will send experienced technicians and engineers to the site to properly install and start-up the equipment for you.
3. During the debugging process, please check and approve the equipment performance and parameters.
4. During the debugging process, the after-sales service personnel will explain in detail the knowledge of equipment use, key points and safety precautions for you.
5. The after-sales service personnel will record the debugging parameters in detail on the debugging report, and ask you to sign and seal.
6. The commissioning report signed by you will be brought back to the company by the commissioning personnel for filing.
